Swedish massage is a classic Western technique applied to release tension, increase circulation and stimulate blood flow. It is characterized by long fluid strokes, or occasionally during the massage limbs of the body are either kneaded, lifted, stretched or rocked. The six basic strokes are gliding, kneading, friction, hacking, compression and vibration - each one applied or combined to give you the ultimate relaxing massage. $85/60-minutes, $115/90-minutes.

• Deep Tissue & Sports Massage

For serious athletes, weekend warriors, or those who need deep specific work. Highly effective to relieve muscular soreness, release tightly knotted muscles, relief from injuries, and drain lactic acid buildup. I can work with your fitness trainer, coach, chiropractor, or medical service provider for a complementary treatment, to provide you the most results, recover faster, feel energized, ready for your training, work out, or competition. $85/60-minutes, $115/90-minutes.

• Shiatsu & Thai Massage

Asian massage techniques, accupressure, and yoga positions, all in one. Clients generally wear loose, comfortable garment, or shorts and be guided through various stretches and poses, while finger or elbow pressure is applied to points along the meridians to disperse blocked energies. This technique is traditionally performed on the floor or a mattress. If you are looking for flexibility, to feel centered, or to strengthen your core muscles, this is the one for you. $85/60-minutes, $115/90-minutes.

• Lymph Drainage Massage

Light circular strokes, effleurage and pump and release techniques are used to reduce swelling, edema, or fluid retention. The purpose is to move fluids, increase lymph flow, assist in releasing toxins, and stimulate circulation. Recommended for recent sports injuries and post surgical care. Lymph nodes are mostly located around the face, neck, chest, stomach, groin, inner thighs, knees and ankles. This is not a wussy massage - it is totally relaxing, healing and cleansing. $85/60-minutes, $115/90-minutes.

• Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that “life force energy”, or chi flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. It is also used to open blocked “energy centers”, or chakras and move vital energy thus creating balance. $85/60-minutes, $115/90-minutes.

• La Stone Massage

Feel the healing power of these smooth warm stones - an experience like you’ve never had before. The energy from the stones is deep and penetrating yet the whole bodywork is subtle and nurturing. It uses smooth, heated basalt stones which are placed on specific acupressure points on the body to melt away knots, tension and stress. The stones are also used to massage the body with hot essential oils. The hot stone experience relieves pain, promotes harmony, balance and peace. $115/75-minute session.

Want smooth silky skin? Is your skin dry to the touch and needs hydration? Maybe your back needs deep exfoliation? Then try a full body scrub and back polish, and see results immediately. I use a professional water based product with coarse French sea salt, great even for the most sensitive skin and excellent prior to massage. $55/30 minutes.

• Full Body Hot Towel Rub-down

An invigorating full body scrub using wet hot towels that rids dead skin cells and excess oil leaving it feeling fresh, smooth and soft. Highly recommended to cleanse and prep the body before a massage; or after a massage to awaken, invigorate and refresh the body. $25

• Foot and Hands Reflexology

Pressure points in the feet and hands correspond to various organs in the body. Reflexology uses therapeutic pressure on these associated areas to promote the body’s natural healing ability. Balance is achieved by working on areas of tenderness to enhance the energy flow and blood circulation. It is an excellent complementary medicine for deeper relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief, energy and so much more. $55/30 minute session.

All my massages are therapeutic in nature and are customized according to an individual’s needs. I do pre- and post-assessments by observing your posture, gait and range of motion then determine the best treatment possible and make recommendations before or after the session.



I use professional grade spa body products such as a non-scented hypoallergenic massage cream and oil by Biotone, or a deep penetrating sports massage oil.
